By accessing the MUA LUZ website, booking our services, or engaging with our brand in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any applicable policies referenced herein.

MUA LUZ provides professional beauty services, including but not limited to:

•     Skin-focused makeup artistry
•     Natural glam and bridal applications
•     Lash lifts with keratin treatments
•     Customized skin preparation based on individual client needs

All services are delivered in accordance with professional standards and tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

•  A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking.    
• Deposits are applied toward the final service balance and must be paid within the timeframe specified during booking.    
• Appointments are considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received and acknowledged by MUA LUZ.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.    
• Clients may reschedule once per booking, provided 48 hours’ notice is given.    
• Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation without refund, at the discretion of MUA LUZ.
• Repeat no-shows may be restricted from booking future services.

• Clients must arrive with a clean, makeup-free face unless otherwise instructed.    
• All relevant medical conditions, allergies, and skin sensitivities must be disclosed in advance by completing the required intake and consent forms.    
• MUA LUZ reserves the right to decline service if adequate information is not provided or if the client’s condition may compromise safety or results.

 MUA LUZ utilizes high-quality, skin-conscious products and provides customized skin preparation for each client’s skin type and condition. While every precaution is taken, MUA LUZ cannot guarantee that no adverse reaction will occur. Clients accept all responsibility for any reactions unless negligence is proven.

• Accepted payment methods include [insert methods: Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, cash, and credit/debit cards.  
• All prices are subject to change without notice.    
• Full payment is required by the time services are rendered.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the appointment, MUA LUZ reserves the right to capture and use photographs or video recordings of services for marketing and portfolio purposes.
• All images, videos, website content, branding elements, and social media materials are the intellectual property of MUA LUZ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written consent.

All completed services are non-refundable. Any concerns regarding service outcomes must be communicated to MUA LUZ within 24 hours for evaluation and, if appropriate, corrective action.

• The content on the MUA LUZ website is provided for informational purposes only and may be updated or removed at any time without notice.
• Users agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or compromise the website’s functionality or security.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUA LUZ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Clients assume full responsibility for booking services, including awareness of any skin sensitivities or conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved within the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
